SPJ Happy Hour and Author Reception!

What: Join SPJ for our first official happy hour as we host journalist and author
David Sirota before his reading at Powell's Books. Sirota's new book, The Uprising,
has earned national attention for its examination of whether populist movements
can gain traction in today's political climate. Last week, he kicked off his
book tour with appearances on The Colbert Report and CNN. This week he'll drink
with us, then head down the street to read from his book and sign copies at 7:30.
